WGH Primary Care

Welcome and Commitment

Welcome to Wabash General Hospital's Primary Care Office. The physicians, mid-level providers, and our staff are committed to offering you competent, caring medical services in a setting that is comfortable and convenient. Our office is committed to serving as the advocate of our patients in all health-related matters, including appropriate use of community health resources and the appropriate referral to other specialists, therapists and to other facilities.

We are accepting new patients of all ages. If you like how you are treated, please tell your family, friends and neighbors.

Like you, we must adhere to insurance company rules, so we ask that you be prepared to pay any co-payments due at the time of service.

Our services are available by appointment. However, if you are sick during our regular office hours, please call the office and let the scheduler know you are sick. We will try to see you that same day.
