Wabash General Hospital offers primary care services at five convenient locations. The practices include combinations of board-certified doctors, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, who work together to prevent, diagnose, and treat health concerns. If you require more complex medical care, our offices can facilitate the appropriate referral to other specialists, therapists and facilities.
Pediatricians are dedicated to caring for the unique needs of children from birth to age 21. They partner with parents to ensure children’s health, safety and proper development.
Family medicine doctors are specially trained in all aspects of family medicine, including pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric care.
Internal medicine doctors provide a wide range of primary health care services for adults and children starting at age 12, including physical examinations, gynecologic exams, preventive screenings, immunizations, urgent care for medical conditions, routine follow-ups and referrals to specialists when appropriate. Internists are also skilled in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol problems and heart disease.
